Prometheus Concierge is available to service your request Monday-Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM.
Turnaround time to be contacted about a service is one business day.

2. How much does the Prometheus Concierge service cost me?
Reservations and services through the Prometheus Concierge are provided at no cost. However, neighbors are responsible for the actual cost of goods and services charged by each vendor, as well as any cancellation fees. Tipping service providers is optional and is done at the discretion of each neighbor.
3. Who is part of the Prometheus Concierge Preferred Vendor Network?
Our Preferred Vendor Network is a network of service professionals and businesses that deliver services on behalf of the Prometheus Concierge to provide the best in quality services to our neighbors. All service vendors must meet specific criteria, must be appropriately insured, and must be committed to providing the very best in customer service!

Services delivered by a third-party vendor: the vendor directly. Be sure to let the Concierge service also know if you have any compliments or complaints. Doing so will help us in selecting only the best preferred vendors to provide services to you.
