I am utilizing Concierge services from 550 Moreland that may require the property staff, and/or their designee(s), to enter my apartment while I am not home.

I give permission to enter my apartment, as needed and in my absence, to fulfill orders I place with the company’s Concierge, regardless of which of the occupants requested the service (when more than one neighbor is on the lease).

This permission to enter my apartment for fulfillment of Concierge services will remain in effect until the services I’ve requested have been completed.

As a result of this agreement, it is understood that Prometheus Real Estate Group, Inc. and its agents and assigns are held harmless and without liability for any claim, dispute, or loss resulting therein.
