The Prometheus Concierge is available Monday - Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM to connect you with an elite team of helping hands and multi-tasking geniuses who can take care of most all your needs so that you can spend your evenings and weekends doing what you want to do, not what you have to.
If there is something on the list below you’d love to never think about again, don’t hesitate to get if off your to-do list and onto ours. For inquiries and scheduling of a service, please contact the Concierge via telephone, email, or better yet, stop by the office and say hi.

Get information about that hot new, impossible-to-book bistro or arrange for a group dinner at your favorite restaurant without lifting a finger. Our staff will see to all your restaurant plans.

However, if a credit card is required to complete a reservation, neighbors will need to contact the restaurants directly. The Concierge is unable to handle credit cards at this time.

Event Reservation
We will research tickets to events (concerts, opera, plays, etc.) on behalf of our neighbors.
Please note that the Concierge is happy to provide information about events and book reservations for your convenience. However, if a credit card is required to complete a booking, neighbors will need to contact the vendor directly. The Concierge is unable to handle credit cards at this time.

Package Delivery
You will be notified electronically when there is a package waiting for you in the Leasing Office.
If the package has not been retrieved within 48 hours of delivery, one of our on-site staff members will deliver it to your apartment if you give us permission to enter your apartment while you’re away.
