When possible, we attempt to negotiate specials and discounts for neighbors with our service partners, and those discounts or specials may be mentioned on our website. However, our service partners determine their own terms and conditions, and payment, cancellation and refund policies. You should communicate with the service providers regarding these matters. You will be contracting directly with the service partners on the terms that you negotiate with them.

However, we do not make any representations or guarantees as to the workmanship and quality, accuracy, completeness or validity of the information, services or products. We are not responsible for any loss, liability or cost you incur as a result of any acts or omissions of service partners and we do not guarantee the performance or qualifications of service providers.
